Most notifications sent from Expiration Reminder include a code that allow the contact receiving them to reply. When they reply, that email or notification is received by Expiration Reminder and shown in the Mailbox feature in the top menu.
Expiration Reminder catches replies for:
Emails
Mobile text messages
Slack notifications (they're responded in real time)
