When notifications are sent from Expiration Reminder they have a special code in them that when the receiver replies, Expiration Reminder automatically receives the request and saves it the system. It then notifies the account owner of an incoming message.

The person that replies the message can do so from any email client including Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, iOS Mail, Android Inbox, etc. All clients are supported by Expiration Reminder.

You’ll notice that a message was received by having a look at the Mailbox feature on the top menu.

To view messages, click on the Mailbox feature on the top menu.
