Email templates contains the actual content of the emails sent by Expiration Reminder. In here you can add new templates or change the default ones that came by default when the account was created.

You can have as many email templates as necessary.

When do I need to add a new email template

We recommend that you add new template every time the content in it starts to be very different from another template. For example, you can add your own company branding or contact information to notifications. For these, you can add custom templates.

If you aren’t going to be using the default ones, then you can just modify them. Modifying the default templates allows you to make changes across the board in the system so all emails will go out with your changes.

Viewing email templates

To view email templates click on Your Account on the top menu and then on Settings.

Then click on Email Templates on the left menu.
