The workspace admin is a specific role that allows a user to be an administrator within the workspaces that the user has access to. The user doesn't have access to workspaces for which he or she is setup to.

Admins still have access to all workspaces including the All Workspaces option to see data from all workspaces.

The workspaces admin can:

  • Manage expirations

  • Manage contacts

  • Manage locations

  • Manage equipments

  • Manage categories

  • Manage email templates

  • Manage compliance rules

  • Manage roadmaps

  • Manage reports

  • Manage designations

  • Manage policies
