As many as needed policies can be created in Expiration Reminder.

To create a policy, click on Policies on the top menu.

Then click on New Policy. In the new screen, enter the following information.

  • Name: the policy name.

  • Owner: who is the policy owner.

  • Content: the policy content. This is a rich text field that allows formatting.

Then click Save.

The next step is sending the policy to contacts for approval.
