Designations in Expiration Reminder allows track compliance at the account level, taking into account all contacts in the system.
A designation can be for example a partnership or certification a company has from a vendor. For the company to be able to maintain the partnership needs to have X number of employees certified in a specific skill. Designations allows tracking if the X employees are available in the account.
Another example can be a KPI in which the company needs to have all the time X number of employees with a specific training current.
