When creating a report, you can choose from what source the data will be obtained. The available ones are:

This source will pull data from all the expirations in the system.

This source will pull data from all expirations and combine it with all contacts. In this one, the contact will be duplicated for each expiration that it owns.

Because of this, we recommend grouping or filtering by contact so the data doesn't look duplicated.

This source will pull data from all contacts.

This source will pull data from all locations.

This source will pull data from users.

This source will pull data from the audit log.
