The send notification action allows you configure who should receive the notifications and on what time frame. You can add as many notifications as needed.

To add a notification, click on the Add a new Action button.

In the action type screen, select Send notification.

In the screen, enter a name for the notification and enter the details:

  • Name: Enter a name for the action

  • Type: the notification type. It can be a single notification, recurrent notifications or immediate notification. An immediate notification will send a notification right away.

  • Enter the values for the notification depending on the type.

  • Get contacts: Select if the notifications should be sent to specific contacts, to a variable or custom field, the expiration contacts or the contact supervisor.

  • Email Template: select if a custom email template will be used to send the notification.

Then click Create to save the action.
