The past activity timeline shows a history of all the events that have happened for the contact. It shows events like for example:

  • Files added

  • Messages sent

  • Messages received

  • Creation

  • Notes added

Viewing the past activity timeline

Just click on any contact and you'll see the past activity timeline on the left:
